5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

An order is considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Grade Africa is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

    • Force majeure events

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

In summary:

    • All sales are final, except where required by South African consumer law

    • Defective or incorrect items may qualify for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act

    • Exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability
